Wellness Allowance: 2 500 kr per year for health-promoting activities. Send receipt via Wint for reimbursement.

Number of Days: You are entitled to 25 paid vacation days per year.
Advance Vacation: We offer advance vacation, allowing you to take paid days before they are fully earned during the year.
Planning: Vacation is planned together with your manager and client, considering the assignment’s requirements. We value flexibility but appreciate good planning.
