Salary Model
At Liminity you influence your own salary – it is based entirely on the hourly rate we bill the client. Our model is a hybrid between a fixed monthly salary and commission. Your monthly salary follows your hourly rate when you join or switch assignments, but if you ever find yourself between projects you still receive 80 % of your salary until we place you in a new assignment. Pretty sweet, right? ⭐️
Our 70/30 Model
We apply a 70 / 30 split, meaning we always aim for roughly 70 % of the revenue your work generates to go directly to you as a consultant. The remaining 30 % covers e.g.:
- Insurances
- Administrative costs
- Team activities
- A buffer fund for gaps between projects
- Training & certifications
- Other company expenses

We firmly believe that skilled consultants who continually strive to grow deserve to be rewarded. In addition to paying for your study material and exam fees, we offer the following bonuses:

| Recruitment Bonus | 7 500 kr | When your referral and active involvement in the hiring process leads to a new employee. |
| 100 % Worked Hours | 1 000 kr | Monthly bonus when you hit the monthly target hours (see this link for hours per month). |
| Certificate Bonus Level 1 | 2 500 kr | For entry-level certifications (e.g. Microsoft Fundamentals). |
| Certificate Bonus Level 2 | 5 000 kr | For intermediate certifications (e.g. Microsoft Associate). |
| Certificate Bonus Level 3 | 10 000 kr | For advanced certifications (e.g. Microsoft Expert). |
