LLMExcel Terms of Use

By using the LLMExcel add-in ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using LLMExcel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

LLMExcel is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software.

LLMExcel integrates with OpenAI and Anthropic services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You are responsible for managing your own API keys and any data processed through the Software. Do not share sensitive information in your prompts.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Liminity AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Software.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
